Critical

It’s 7:00 PM CST. Peter is in critical condition. The pneumonia is attacking both lungs. He’s going on a ventilator for a minimum of two weeks, as they throw every antibiotic possible into him. He will not be responsive for some time.

They’re trying to get him back into ICU. I don’t know what else to write. Just pray.

    You don’t know me, I found about your little guy from my Schwan’s man. I live in Duluth, Minnesota. My son was diagnosed with Wilm’s tumor in March and is currently going through chemo. We were at the U of M in March for surgery. I know the rollercoaster of emotions you are dealing with quite well. It’s pure hell. Know that your family is my thoughts and prayers daily. We are thinking about you in Minnesota! Stay strong Peter!!! My little boy is 4 and he loves hockey too!

  42. You don’t know me. I first became aware of your wonderful little boys story while getting a cup of coffee a caribou in Baxter. I was drawn to this poster with a cute boy with a hockey mask on. That a over a year ago. I have kept up with his ups and downs. I just wanted to let you know that I pray daily for all of you. You have quite a fighter in Peter.

  43. Just taking a break here before I lay the cherubs down for a rest. As I sit here in silence, I am asking God once again to wrap you in His care. I can only hope that all is as well as it can be today…. and that you, my precious boy, are resting comfortably…. and that your amazing mommy & daddy are surrounded by God’s love and as much peace & serenity as possible.
    We just spent a bit of time outside before naps… we have a large cardboard sign requesting all passers-by to “Pray for Peter”….
